I can hardly believe that Preston is 16! Honestly, where does the time go? It scares me to think that he will be graduating in only 2 more years and our time with him at home is limited! My prayer for him is that he will really give it is all. Try to be the best person that he can in all facets of life...friend choice, being a God follower, not getting caught up in sex, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, be a respectful guy, find a good Christian girl, go to college and get a degree, be happy, and keep a strong family dynamic and relationship with his dad, brother, and sister/s, and his mommy!
I can't help but wonder what he will do after he graduates, who he will marry, where will he live, will he come home and visit often, will he go to church and pray and rely on God? All I can do is pray and pray hard for God to grab a hold of his life and lead and guide him. Enjoy him while he is here under our roof, and love on him!
Parenting is the hardest thing and yet most rewarding thing! Thank you, God for blessing my life with an incredible son! I dedicate his life to you and pray you will use him for your glory and honor!
